We have 15 bedrooms and, as you would expect from an old building, they vary in shape and size. Rates are per room per night, inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and 17.5% VAT. Rates will increase slightly in the New Year to allow for the increase in VAT to 20% and may vary according to seasonal demand.

Rates vary at Bank Holiday weekends and Special Event dates throughout the year.

Single Occupancy Rates
Sunday to Thursday £59 – £89 per night including breakfast. Single rates for Fridays vary, please call for details as each room is priced individually. Single occupancy on Saturday is charged at the full double occupancy rate of the room allocated.

Check-in after 3pm, Check-out 11am
Late check out is available by arrangement, until 4pm – £15

Cancellation Policy
Check-in time is 2pm, all rooms must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours before 2pm on the day of arrival. For bookings not cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy the full cost of the entire booking will be charged. For ‘no shows’ the full cost of the entire booking will be charged. If you have a reservation or have a group booking then please refer to our full terms and conditions.

All cancellations must be notified in writing; either by letter, fax or email, verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Special Events
These are: Cheltenham Races, Badminton Horse Trials, Westonbirt Concerts and Gatcombe Horse Trials.

There is always particularly high demand for room bookings for these and other special events. There are specific policies that apply to these dates each year. Any cancellations must be made in writing no less than 30 days of the date of arrival otherwise they will be charged in full. Please refer to the our full terms and conditions for all details.
