We use the best potions! Neal’s Yard light, creamy, “anti-stress” massage lotion, blended with safflower, geranium & mandarin oil to nourish & moisturise your skin naturally. Neal’s Yard natural skin care products are free from artificial fragrance, artificial colour, alcohol, chemical filters, mineral oil & lanolin.
Reflexology
A rebalancing treatment, whereby reflex points located on the feet that directly correspond with specific areas & organs in the body, are massaged to stimulate the body’s own natural healing ability, release energy blockages & restore balance. Reflexology reduces stress & tension, encourages deep relaxation & can help many conditions. Reflexology is safe throughout pregnancy after the 12 week scan & may help induce labour naturally.
Deep Tissue Massage
A deeply relaxing massage to help ease muscular tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, boost the immune system & eliminate toxins. An excellent antidote for stress & insomnia.
Pregnancy Massage (after 12-week scan)
A soothing massage to help any muscular aches & pains experienced during & after pregnancy, reduce stress & help with fluid retention, fatigue & insomnia. Pregnancy cushions are used for maximum comfort & positioning. Massage is safe right up to & beyond your due date. The pregnancy massage should only be given after the 12-week scan – please inform Reservations if this is the case.
