Hereford Hop is a vegetarian cows milk cheese made locally by the master cheese-maker Charles Martell, based in Tewkesbury.

The Cheese is matured and coated in lightly toasted hops, which give a contrasting crunchy bite and the slightly

yeasty taste associated with beer, while the cheese is dense, mellow, sweet and buttery.

Charles Martell's Stinking Bishop is soft and smelly and the rind is washed in perry

which is made from the stinking bishop variety of pear giving the pungent and distinctive aroma.
